An explanation of the Cause API and a list with all events and the causes they could have would be very great! Because i'm always very unshure what causes i can expect on an event.

Completion of this should wait until the scope and shape of SpongePowered/SpongeAPI#712 is fully defined.

The Event-Refactoring branch ate that PR, so when that branch merges, this can happen.
