HOW I SHOT WEB?! Let me explain...
h1 (#) is a main header , only ONE should be on any given page
h2 (##) is commonly used to denote important sections of a page, use SPARINGLY
h3 (###) is commonly used to break up sections/categories even further.
h4, h5, h6 ... etc are simply created by MOAR POUND SIGNZ. Don't go crazy, most are unnecessary.
