[1.3.0] Rework of Magnesium DynLights port (LambDynLights)

Is very... fragmented, structure is inneficient, method names are redudant/not descriptive, is lack of documentation

1.3.0 will focus on rewrite big part of the code with

  • Proper (integrated) forge events to fire when resources will be registered
  • Support for resource types for entities

  • Increase chunk update radius
  • Optimize chunk updates
  • Make DynLights fully configurable

Among DynLight thing, also is included minor features like

  • Cull Leaves
  • Cull Less Leaves
  • Embeddium Extra's clear skyes
  • Embeddium Extra's chunk fade in
