EventAssembler 1.0

• Windows users: download EventAssembler.zip attached, which contains all binaries and files already compiled and bundled up for direct use.
• Linux/WSL users: do not download the source code attached to this release. Instead: clone this repository from git recursively to get all submodules, then follow the instructions from the README.
• Mac OS users: If you know what you're doing, you can follow the same instructions as Linux users and adapt where you need to. Please tell me what needs to be changed to support Mac OS users. I don't use Mac OS myself so I this is the best I can do.
