FSDump is a command line application that (currently):

 *Downloads iPhone 4S 5.0.1 IPSW
 *Extracts the iPhone 4S 5.0.1 IPSW
 *Decrypts the RootFS
 *Extracts the contents of the RootFS
 *Dumps it to your Desktop
