Clarify Transpiler Not Found Messages

In cases where a type does not exist, it will be checked to see if it is a transpiler.

This currently errors out with "Transpiler not found".

This is both accurate and not enough.

By making the message something closer to "Transpiler or Type Not Found", this error would be more helpful revealing it's common accidental side-effect (someone typo'd a typename)
