v1.2 - Adds support for old kernel builds < 17559

Adds support for consoles on older dashboards, in addition to the current dash (17559). Patch aborts loading if console is booted with tray open (for running OG). Obrigado rubensyama for your help testing!

Fixed bug where patch wasn't hooking without a stealth server in plugins (users outside the US having issues, this update fixes it for you also).

Download and set AuroraCrashPatcher.xex as a plugin in your launch. If Aurora continues to crash, switch to AuroraCrashPatcher-Debug.xex to capture debug output with Xbox Watson, and create an issue with the debug prints included.
