Expected Behaviour

After #3343, we must use qt.conf in the folder next to the program executable to allow both altgr and freetype on Windows. The command line option -platform windows:altgr, fontengine=freetype does not work as documented. (Qt bug?)

Please add this to the cmake workflow.

Actual Behaviour

Currently this file is being installed, but is not available during development, forcing a manual creation of this file.

Steps to reproduce

Compile and run uninstalled from QtCreator or by program link from the source directory.
