Fixes #443. Tests for the logs metadata migration weren't even run due to the directory name in the manifest being invalid. And the tests that were there wouldn't have caught the problem in any case.
It's always the simple stuff. I'll add a check for the migration directory in a separate PR because it looks like this isn't the only migration that's problematic in this respect. 🙈
