Re-add new autotiles in "autotiles.satc"

517005b replaced the "autotiles.satc" file with its version in the "v0.6.3" release. This reverted any new autotiles, introduced since.

Re-adds the file from before commit 517005b with updated tile IDs. Comments have also been updated. Additionally, some tabulation issues have been fixed as well.
