Make it possible for translators to add a translation contact (e.g. a mailing list address) to the credits in case users find mistakes.

Implementation could happen using a special translatable string, which in English, would be a mailing list address where you can report typos. Translators can then translate this to a string with a contact for their language, e.g. a central i18n mailing list such as https://lister.ping.uio.no/mailman/listinfo/i18n-no. This way of implementation was suggested by @huftis.

The original idea came from Allen Nordhøy, who suggested to add e-mail addresses to the translators' names in credits.
