  1. Particle editor improvements 

    FIXED: Users may now open particle files outside /particles/custom/.
FIXME: Users may still not open particles outside /particles/.
ADDED: Collision hitbox scale + offset.
ADDED: Two new collision behaviors: stick forever, and fade out.
