Follows #25 #142.

Make the scanning screen a bit prettier (feedback is kinda bad for now)
Put logout and back button on config pickup
Put back button on login
Rewire back button of the scanning activity to go back to config picking
Put logout button on scanning activity if the api only has one configuration
Eventually move this stuff inside the admin section of the app
