We depend on this because grafter-2.rdf4j.repository has some functions for inferencing on SAILs etc. These classes in RDF4j 2.x.x were included as part of another dep. Without this change we get a missing class error when requiring grafter-2.rdf4j.repository

This upgrades rdf4j to 3.0.0 and makes the required changes for grafter to support it. It also adds support for getting statements out of rdf4j
