Local Env Does Not Pass Allocations Onboarding

Problem

Upon setting up a fresh dev environment, or maybe a new user in an existing environment, the "Allocations" step of Onboarding does not complete.

Solution

A. Log Out, Then In

  1. Log out.
  2. Log back in.

B. Delete User

  1. Delete your user in the database (which forces onboarding to re-run).
