Form: Appeal

To appeal an existing punishment, create a new forum topic in the Bans section. Therein, provide information in accordance with instructions and adhering to the format shown below.

Field	Entry
1.Nickname	The in-game handle under which you played during the time of incident. e.g.  Iosif Vosurionovich Tehgam
2.Your GUID	To find out your GUID, simply join any Arma 3 server and type "#beclient guid" into chat window. Write down or copy the series of characters shown on screen — that is your GUID. e.g.  0be969b86328865bcce09a8a362ba98a
3.Server	Name of the game server where you received current ban. e.g.  TEHGAM 4
4.Time & date	The approximate time of issued of the current ban. If not MSK, then please make sure to mention the time zone. e.g.  25.10.2014, around 13:15 (UTC+2)
5.Grounds	What was the reason, as stated by issuing administrator, for getting banned. e.g.  Intentional team killing (a.1), offensive wordplay in nickname (a.4).
6.Commentary	If you don't consider yourself to be guilty of said violations, then please use this field to state your innocence and explain why you have been erroneously punished. However, if you fully acknowledge the wrongdoing, then simply repent and ask for pardon. e.g.  Sorry about the team killing, won't happend again. As for the nickname, it was a joke in poor taste; nothing against Vosur or Stalin.

Any appeals submitted without adhering to the above format, or with missing key information, will be deleted without notice!
