@Eelkhoorn improved DAC support in an STM8L151.efr file.

Comparing datasheets (STM8L051F3, STM8L151R6 and STM8L162R8 showed that a) a synthesis of these STM8L devices is possible, and b) that the current efr files have some shortcomings.

STM8L151 and STM8L162 datasheets apparently contain a copy error in the DAC section. I tried to make the synthesis as complete and consistent as possible.
