Server Configuration

The cli package seems to support command line arguments, environment variables and YAML config files: https://github.com/urfave/cli#values-from-alternate-input-sources-yaml-and-others

We have to provide a few more config options to be usable by others without them having to compile the server binary themselves.

Also decide how configurable our templates (mail & HTML) should be.
