I just installed tika on TYPO3 9.5.19 with solr 11.0.2 via composer

tika states it misses extension "filemetadata" which is required in the ext_emconfig but not in the composer.json

furthermore i can find no extension called "filemetadata" in the TER.

Ignoring the requirements leads to an error.

Thanks for reporting.
That is the core extension.
https://packagist.org/packages/typo3/cms-filemetadata.
We must add the dependency typo3/cms-filemetadata:* to composer.

Darn, didn't realize it was a core extension. This solves the issue for me.

* Removes Dockerfile, since official docker image for Tika exists
