Add "Open website" button to WebView in license fragment #6314

Description of the changes in your PR

This PR adds "Open website" button to alert dialog and removed popup menu that is opened when we long-pressed on one of the licenses.

Fixes the following issue(s)

APK testing

On the website the APK can be found by going to the "Checks" tab below the title and then on "artifacts" on the right.

Few suggestions:

  1. The buttons looks congested so I think, setting OPEN WEBSITE as neutral button and OK as positive button will look good.
    Capture

  2. renaming OK string to DISMISS would make more sense.(I think)

Looks good, even if I am not a developer and not familiar with Kotlin. So you will have to wait until a real Android developer of team review your PR in order to get it merged.
