Binaries for Linux are also provided now, alongside with Windows!

This update adds compatibility with the latest Secret Mode changes done to all the listener apps, so old versions of TLImporter and TLMerger won't work with this version (and further updates).

• Upgraded Telethon dependency to the latest async version at the time of writing: 1.13
  • (The handling of the NewMessage event should be better with this)
• Changed the encryption process so the database can be decrypted purely in-RAM in the listener app
• Changed the password with one with 4096 characters and symbols, not only alphanumeric characters, so it's almost impossible to crack.

• Updated to Python 3.7.2

• Downgraded the bundled Telethon version to the latest sync one (0.19.1.6), as sync has been finally deprecated from latest Telethon releases, and versions bigger than 1.0 are not as stable in sync mode as the prior versions. Downgrading to this version for synchronous code has been the recommendation of Lonami's Telethon dev.

All Telegram Tools apps have been updated to be compatible with this release. Remember to always update your apps if you are going to use the Secret Mode.
