Test2::Compare::Base -> Test2::Compare::Check
Test2::Compare::Checks -> Test2::Compare::Check::*
Test2::Compare::Negatable -> Test2::Compare::Role::Negatable

Test2::Compare::Delta should stay where it is

Old names should load new names and alias, to avoid breaking compatibility.
