Install AngularJS Material to project

npm install angular-material --save
Use API as reference
Use Material Design to keep design consistent and responsive, don't use it as a crutch for developing a theme for The Lounge
Replace all usages of Bootstrap with AM and remove Bootstrap from the project. Identify and document any usages that pose a particular challenge to remove.
