Just drop the 4 files from the zip archive into your Hellion Dedicated Server directory

HellionExtendedServer.exe.config
HellionExtendedServer.Common.dll
NLog.dll
To start the server, just run HellionExtendedServer.exe ( make sure all the files above exist )
