0 - NORMAL

Use default Prusa/Prusament MMU Load/Unload speeds in Prusa Slicer

Tested with the following filaments

eSun PLA+
eSUN ABS
eSUN ABS+
3DFillies ABS+
3DFillies PLA+
Prusa PETG

1 - FLEX

I've tested HobbyKingUse default Prusa/Prusament MMU Load/Unload speeds in Prusa Slicer Screen Shot 2019-09-17 at 12 38 45 pm

Tested with the following filaments

HobbyKing FLEX (TPU) Hardness Shore ~95a

2 - PVA (Soluble)

Use default Prusa Slicer specified PVA Load/Unload speeds
