My bash history and some notes from my recent PRs how to update .xml and .8 files in docs.

TODO:

Is "issue" + space + hash sign + number enough or should the full URL be used since the fork doesn't have any issues?
What minimum docbook version (4 or 5) is required?
xmltoman or doxygen2man needed? I installed these on the day.
