Uses orginfocache to get a list of all related orgids and all org names. It gathers statistics about the orgs including amount statististics broken down by currency.
Rename to tmp_related_orgids so that it is indicated to public that this isn't a table that should be relied on to always exist. Also fixes white space issues in SQL

@kindly "Needs a refresh of org cache to work." does this mean that the org cache needs to be populated rather than it needs reloading. I.e. do I need to do anything on the live datastore after deploying this? |

It needs a complete reload, unless it was done recently. This is because the charity finder data has new information in that we need. |
