Japanese translation, infobox update link localization

For Windows:
.exe version: Slower startup time, drop it anywhere and start it
.zip version: Faster startup time, extract it somewhere and run wikitranslator.exe

For other OS:
Download the source with whatever method you like and run gui.py. Needs Python 3 with requests and mwparserfromhell installed.

Simplified the interface to make translation faster and less manual labor. Also easier installation for Windows users.
