Hi, it would be great if there was a bioconda package for this tool.

If I'm not mistaken, bioconda is just for releasing Python packages? This project is C++. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Good to know! I'll definitely look into it, it would be nice to eventually have vcfdist available through a package manager.

vcfdist v2.4.0 is now available through conda: https://anaconda.org/bioconda/vcfdist
