Pulls in the latest (minor) versions of all our dependencies, in the event that for some reason the user only has us installed. For LibDataBroker, a Git submodule was added pointing to the GitHub repo where it resides.

Pulls in the latest (minor) versions of all our dependencies, in the event that for some reason the user only has us installed. For LibDataBroker, a Git submodule was added pointing to the GitHub repo where it resides.
This doesn't outright fix anything so it can be deferred to the 9.0.2 release if we want to be 100% sure on anything, but these are all minor version updates so it's unlikely they'd break things and, if they did, we'd be broken anyway by other addons loading newer versions.
