Move away from MCStats

As pointed out by @Telesphoreo on the TF Forums, MCStats is now dead and no longer maintained so we need to look to move to an alternative system or drop the collecting of Metrics all together. I suspect we do want to continue collecting Metrics so will need to look at an alternative solution.

TFM has been using bStats for a while @ https://bstats.org/plugin/bukkit/TotalFreedomMod

We could just replace the mcstats class with the bStats one and it would start logging automatically

@Telesphoreo Not sure "who" has been using bStats... This repo certainly has not, so I'm not sure who / why someone has registered TotalFreedomMod with them...

I'll look into them though for moving our metrics solution over to.
