Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. A towny rank that has siegewar.town.siege.*
  2. The said town has to be sieged in a Liberation siege
  3. After this players will get war sickness in the town
  4. This error appears...

Expected behavior
After this players will get war sickness in the town

Solves for siegesickness being given to the defending town's mayors,
assistants and guard.

They were only being tested for the nation battle points node.

Closes #408.
