This is really needed

    - When your config has save & load set to mysql you can use this
command to dump the mysql database to flatfile.
    - Closes ticket #2628

Done as of the above commit, will be a part of 0.95.0.4.

  - This is a much better way to handle what I started coding way too
late the night before.
