This PR adds a Python-based test suite for NodeNorm/NameRes, partially based on the Vue.js app also included in this repository.
Note that this test suite doesn't completely pass yet: running
pytest --category "Unit Tests"should get most of the tests to pass, but there are some outstanding OpenAPI validation issues that need fixing.
