Charging status not showing on A22 5G

I've tried multiple GSIs based on this project.

The system doesn't show the charging status if I connect the charger. It shows the battery isn't charging however charging works fine with stock os or in poweroff state.

It doesn't show it's charging but does it charge? Also you're mixing Android and offline charging. Android doesn't show that it's charging, AND offline doesn't show that it's charging?
