Bug: Every NPC in AV seems to have this buff. This is however incorrect.

Core: 0d46ecd
All db updates up to that core date.

3194345 still valid and according to https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Honorable_Defender and https://youtu.be/Fjjf_-6MAmc and https://youtu.be/IGqEyBBpNUw and https://youtu.be/jgDuSyY7MrY?t=113 this buff shoud not be present in AV at all.
