The hero has no horizontal padding, which looks lousy:

Why Bootstrap doesn’t pad the jumbotron properly, I have no idea. Per
#28. Accomplishing this with inline styles isn’t great, so I’m leaving
this ticket open until we can get this in the site stylesheet.
