Hi all,
I'm trying to upgrade my ghost blogs from 2.15 to 2.16 and it fails on ./config module.

✖ Restarting Ghost
A GhostError occurred.

Message: Cannot find module './config'

Debug Information:
OS: Ubuntu, v18.04
Node Version: v10.15.1
Ghost-CLI Version: 1.9.9
Environment: production
Command: 'ghost update'

Thanks! The npm release zip somehow does not contain one of our API controllers.
I assume the npm ignore file removed it. Looking...
