Images stored in settings are being saved with an absolute path

To Reproduce

  1. Go to settings/general
  2. Upload an image
  3. Save settings
  4. Look in the database

As per our URL rules, we must always store relative, but serve absolutel

Technical details:

  • Ghost Version: 2.16.4
