I can reproduce this if I zoom out to 75% - perhaps this was the reason? |

Interesting... Could you do me a favor and check out if you have Windows-wide scaling? If this is indeed a thing, I wouldn't be surprised if we got caugth by DPI scaling. |
This issue happen in Chrome of zh-CN version only. In Font and Encoding(chrome://settings/fonts) Page of Chrome, the "Minimum font size" value is default to 6, but default to 12 in zh-CN version Chrome. So this button is bigger in zh-CN version Chrome than in other browser.. set the max-width and min-width of .publish-bar-actions to 188px is could fix it. |
It happens to me too. I also use the chrome zh-cn version. The problem fixed when I set the minimum font size to 6px. Hope this bug fixed in next stable version. |

I can reproduce this in an English version of Chrome thanks to @RaoHai's steps. Looking into a fix now. |
