Issue Summary

Footnotes can be numerated. This works for footnotes up to the number 9 after which the number will not properly be put into superscript.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enter a new footnote: This is a great text[^12]
  2. The preview / html will show it as This is a great text^12 instead of This is a great text12

This is a bug because it works with numbers < 10 and should work with numbers >= 10.
