This set of project is from the course Bioinformatik-Tutorium from 2020 at LMU Munich university
The practical course consists of a tutorial on programming as well as programming environments. Programming concepts will be applied and practiced using practical examples in the programming languages java, python, bash and R. As far as possible, examples relevant to bioinformatics will be used.
