Tidying up

I used this on a new site this evening and it's great! Thank you for taking the time to release.

I have made some changes that I think benefit the UI and overall experience of the field. I don't know whether you're accepting pull requests, but a quick overview:

• nicer date handling, show dates in a "pretty" format (standard to Symphony)
• removed a lot of CSS, instead allowing Symphony's core styles to do the work
• added support for With Selected toggling, but requires my latest commit to S2 (will be in 2.2.2)

Oh yes, you'll need to bump the version to 0.2 or beyond for the update function to correctly rename the "statusses" table when the extension updates :-)
