By working with Pandas Dataframes, we greatly improve the capabilities of BirdNET-Lite to work with platforms such as Jupyter Notebooks.
I am tempted to make this all work specifically for PyHa compatibility, but I think since we don't want to be mean to anyone that may potentially want to work with this pipeline, it would instead be better to add a script to PyHa that makes this output compatible.
Make sure that the pipeline still holds onto the command line interface, would just be nice to enable this pipeline to work both way.
