Hi,
I am trying to run the SOLWEIG tutorial, specifically the part on the Tree Generator. I get the following error message (using the recent UMEP downloaded from GitHub) when trying to start the process: Error! Raster data is currently in meters. Meters or feet required. Please reproject.
Thanks in advance!
Kristina

What Coordinate Reference System (CRS) is your raster data? It should be a projected reference system represented in meters, e.g. UTM or some local/regional reference system. For example in Sweden we have Sweref99 which is represented in meters.

Hi,
I am following the tutorial so it is EPSG3007 (SWEREF 99 12 00).

This should be fixed now. You need to install the development release.

Also, we currently have an issue with the numpy version inconsistency between QGIS and UMEP. Therefore, it is not recommended to install the supy library if you have not upgrade your numpy module to 1.23.

Thank you but unfortunately I get the same error message as before. (I have upgraded numpy and also restarted QGIS after installing the development release).

I cannot replicate your error. I tried via menu-based UMEP as well via UMEP for processing. Which one are you using?

Just to double-check, can you go the About in UMEP and see what version you using. Also check your CRS on your shape-file and QGIS-project. Maybe that can influence.

This is strange. Can you send a screendump of your settings in TreeGenerator. I will also move this issue to the correct repository as you are using the menu-based UMEP.

Can you check you are using the latest version of UMEP and also report on what version of QGIS you are using. Also make sure that your active project and all data are in EPSG:3007.
If you still have errors, please send screen dump or paste in the error messages you get.
