This change adds in a requirement that used to be common practise, but hasn't been the case in recent years. It will require officers to distribute their reports 3 days before an AGM. This is particularly necessary for the treasurer's report, given that reading numbers out aloud does not communicate the information nearly as well as reading a printed version.
