2016/2017 Work In Progress

All work during the 2016/2017 school year. Tested in the HPER pool and the sub runs correctly.

Changes:

• Initial SLAM framework in place
• ThrustController updated to reflect changes in hardware
• WebApp style update
• Arduino alerts Peripherals when it is ready
