## Important note
Maintanence and development of the code are independent of the original PCR-GLOBWB source code. It may thus be that certain features of the original version are not (yet) covered here.

For instance, the here provided code was only tested at 30 arcmin spatial resolution
Current efforts are untertaken to merge the different developments.

To use the package, it is required to have pcraster 4.1 installed. The code and installation instructions can be found here: http://pcraster.geo.uu.nl/pcraster-4-1-0/.

For installation, it is possible to do this with `pip install git+https://github.com/UU-Hydro/PCR_BMI.git`.

It is furthermore important to know that the DynRout extension, which is used in some of the test cases of GLOFRIM with PCR-GLOBWB, is not part of the code stored in this repository. If you want to receive the code of DynRout (which does not have a BMI, unfortunately), please contact the developers.
