First RoscoPi and Android compatible version

This release marks the first usable Android version of RoscoPi. RoscoPi is actually a backport back to Android since the first version was Android-only and adapted to a dedicated touchscreen connected directly to the Raspberry Pi. Since the Raspberry Pi version received much more development time and refinements, that version was backported to be compatible with Android. Most of the changes are with respect to upscaling for the (usually) much higher resolution screens most phones and tablets have.
