When the user is "in" a settings menu-face sub-menu, snapping for example, the menu-face header text should reflect that the user is in the settings menu. Instead of just displaying "Snapping" in such a case, we should display "Settings/Snapping". The "Settings" characters can be truncated, from first-to-last, if needed, in order to display the "Snapping" text that follows the forward slash that separates the two words.
